I saw this on a few blogs and thought it was the cutest thing ever. This post will be "written" by Duncan. ENJOY!

Here are the rules:

1. Link to the person that tagged you.

2. Post the rules on your blog.

3. Share six non-important things/habits/quirks about yourself.

4. Tag six random people at the end of your post by linking to their blogs.

5. Let each random person know they have been tagged by leaving a comment on their website.

I see my mom doing this blogging thing all the time. How hard can it be!

This is my mom and dad! As you can tell I hate taking pictures with them, but I do LOVE them.

This is dad, my most favorite person in the world! Every time he does his laundry I HAVE to ride in the basket downstairs to the laundry room.

This is where I sleep every night. That's right I sleep at the bottom of the bed with my green blanket. Sometimes I sneak up and sleep in the middle when it is cold.

I love when mom and dad have friends over. They all get a welcome kiss from me.

I love chasing the sun around the room and laying in it.

One of my least favorite things is being wet. I go CRAZY and have get dry quick!

I am so excited about the new member about to join our family. I love sneaking in his room whenever I have a chance. Those toys are for me, right?

I am not a morning person!

I love my chewy sticks. I could chew for hours!

This is me and mommy. She will do when daddy is not home!

I can't believe they did this! SO embarrassing!

Where he is you will always find me!

I love riding in the car and sticking my head out the window!!

I hope you enjoyed this post. Maybe I will post again someday when I am not so busy!

I tag anyone who has a dog and thinks this looks fun!

Not Me Mondays

I love reading Boo.Mama's Not Me Mondays so I decided to try and start this on my blog. It is just a fun way to admit some things about yourself. Here it goes...

1. I did not stay in my Pj's all day yesterday and do absolutely nothing.

2. I did not go to MC Donald's and get a meal plus a milkshake. YUM!

3. I did not watch The Notebook and cry at the same part I always cry at.

Okay that is all I can think of right now! Join in on the fun!

50 days!

Wow I can't believe there are only 50 more days left until I get to meet Andrew or even less! I am feeling very anxious about getting everything done in time. We still have not received the rest of the furniture for Andrew's room. The lady said she would call before Jan 15th to let us know the date. Right now most of his stuff is sitting in the floor. I want so badly for everything to be ready and organized, but I guess there is nothing I can do right now.

The last few weeks Andrew has been very busy. He goes from being under my right rib, then to kicking really hard on my left side, and then to really calm and quiet. When he kicks on my left side you can actually see his foot! Amazing!! The kicks now make my whole body shake which is reassuring because that tells me he is growing strong. I have picked out a few outfits for the hospital and bought some small toiletries for Nick and I. We are hoping to get the car seat and stroller combo soon so we can have the car seat ready to go. I can't believe the time is getting closer and closer.

Nick and his dad received Falcons tickets for Christmas from Nick's brother, so they are gone today. I plan on spending the day in my pj's writing Thank You cards and relaxing. Have a great one!

This was the woman's sixth child so he knew it would not take her long. I am so glad to have the next two weeks off for Christmas break. I get to relax as much as possible even thought I went shopping yesterday :). I am relaxing now! This pregnancy is starting to catch up with me. Anyway have a great Tuesday!

Top Ten List and a sweet story

I just saw the top ten list of baby names for 2008. Look what name made the list! I was a little surprised because I know no young kids who have the name Andrew. Oh well I guess it is ok! :)

Top 10 Boy Names of 2008
1. Aidan
2. Jayden
3. Jacob
4. Michael
5. Ethan
6. Caden
7. James
8. Caleb
9. Andrew
10. Matthew

Also I saw this story on someones blog. So SWEET!

In a zoo in California, a mother tiger gave birth to a rare set of triplet tiger cubs. Unfortunately, due to complications in the pregnancy, the cubs were born prematurely and due to their tiny size, they died shortly after birth. The mother tiger after recovering from the delivery, suddenly started to decline in health, although physically she was fine. The veterinarians felt that the loss of her litter had caused the tigress to fall into a depression. The doctors decided that if the tigress could surrogate another mother's cubs, perhaps she would improve. After checking with many other zoos across the country, the depressing news was that there were no tiger cubs of the right age to introduce to the mourning mother. The veterinarians decided to try something that had never been tried in a zoo environment. Sometimes a mother of one species will take on the care of a different species. The only orphans' that could befound quickly, were a litter of weanling pigs. The zoo keepers and vets wrapped the piglets in tiger skin and placed the babies around the mother tiger. Would they become cubs or pork chops?Take a look...you won't believe your eyes!!

Yesterday after taking my class to the computer lab, we made our way back down the 5th grade hallway. A fellow teacher asked if my class could come in here room to read a story. I said "sure" and we walked in. To my utter shock I was greeted by all the 5th grade students, some parents, teachers, my sister, and mother-in-law and a table full of gifts. Apparently this surprise shower has been in the works since Oct. and the students planned the whole thing. They had gifts, balloons, cupcakes, drinks, and chips. I can't believe they did not let the secret slip for two months. I was completely shocked! I really have some amazing kids that I get to spend the day with. I got some cute clothes, diapers, wipes, and some wonderful cards. What a blessing to have such a fulfilling job!! Some pictures were taken by a teacher and I hope to get them soon, but I had to post about this now. Have a great Tuesday!
