Chalkboard Tray and Monogrammed Letter

Remember this?

I already posted about the Apothecary Jars here. The other two projects were super simple. That is all  have time for these days!

I picked up with wooden letter at Hobby Lobby and painted it yellow. The yellow was really bright, so I toned it down with some white paint. I used a paper towel to blend the white in with the yellow. I then applied a gel stain to the edges and whipping off leaving an antique look. Easy and cute!

I had a silver tray laying around that was not being used. I spray painted it with chalkboard paint. I then added the vinyl letters using my Silhouette. Super easy!!

Final look! I love the yellow with the color of the walls! The “B” is leaning on the railing right now, but I am still not decided on that.
