Thanksgiving Break

I am loving Thanksgiving break!!! I am loving snuggling with my babies.  I hate that I keep neglecting this blog and even reading blogs for that matter.  There is just not enough time in the day.  I thought I would show some pictures of what we have been up to lately.

We had family pictures made a few weekends ago.  The pictures turned out so good! I am glad I finally did it! Abigail was NOT happy for the majority of the pictures.  Andrew was a posing machine! Oh well…. this is just a phase in life.  I will do a separate post for the pictures. This is Abigail after the pictures.  She was DONE!

I have attempted to take pictures of OOTD and only ended up with two. LOL!  I am loving my boots! They keep me so warm at work!

This was Monday this week. It has been doing nothing, but raining and freezing.  I think leggings, big sweaters, and furry house boots are perfect!

Here are some very random pictures…Abigail is growing so much.  She is talking like crazy! Some current new words are pancakes, barbecue, all of her day care workers names and many of the babies, eat, pretty, night night, all down, all gone, etc. She makes us want to pull our hair out, but she is beyond precious!  She loves to hug and blow kisses!  She is also constantly getting in to something!  Her favorite thing to do currently is to pretend cook and go outside!

This sweet and handsome boy is doing great at school.  He enjoys going and has many friends.  He is the sweetest big brother and loves Abigail so much! He is currently really into drawing, coloring, and writing,  This makes his teacher mom so happy! I know how much kids struggle they do not enjoy those things.  We color together quite often!

He have really enjoyed playing in the piles and piles of leaves in our yard!

Have a great Thanksgiving everyone!! I am thankful for so many things this year!

5 on Friday

Yes technically it is Sunday, but I figured I would dive into this anyway! I love all the wonderful ladies that post on 5 on Friday!! This is my first time posting!

{first} I am BEYOND excited about the new Hunger Games movie coming out!! I need some girls to join me???

{second} Nick and I (maybe I made him) have decided to start eating clean.  I have researched clean eating for months now and have been so scared to try. That sounds so crazy! If you are not familiar, it is basically getting rid of all the crap that is in packaged and processed food. You try to avoid bread and dairy also.  You try to focus on organic fruits, vegetables, meats, and whole grains.  Of course I cannot have my fave diet coke, but I really don’t need to drink it.  We officially started yesterday and so far so good! I am excited to share some recipes and food related things on this blog.

{third} School is in full holiday mode! We have recently celebrated Columbus day, Halloween, Veteran’s day tomorrow, and then off to Thanksgiving.  This does give me a lot of material for my TPT store.  It is doing so well and still cannot believe it!!

{fourth}  I am really wanting a new watch and I am in love with this Michael Kors

{fifth} I am ready for Thanksgiving break! I am ready to spend the day just being a mom. Enough said!

Have a great week!

And now this year 2013  Andrew 4 1/2 and Abigail 1 1/2

Andrew was Batman and Abigail was a zebra.  Abigail only wanted to play outside.  The picture taking was just slowing her down! LOL!

Andrew was very much in character!

This is my neice and nephew- zombie ballerina and werewolf.

Abigail was not afraid at all!

Our last stop was Nick’s parents.  They were given their treats in bags that were once Nick and his brothers.  They were made by sweet Grammie. Such precious treasures!

Happy Halloween! Now onto Thanksgiving! I love this time of the year!!!!
